Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2405), losses in agricultural and forestry industries are to be included into the taxation system, and the principles and procedure of their collection are to be legislatively defined.
At present, the rate and the procedure of determining losses in agricultural and forestry industries liable to reimbursement are regulated by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Committee members deem unreasonable to introduce a new tax. They deem necessary to introduce relevant supplements to Article 211 of the Land Code of Ukraine in order to secure more efficient realization of the reimbursement procedure. Thus, the said supplements should appertain to the liability for violation of the land legislation.
The People´s Deputies also deem necessary to introduce the amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and the Criminal Code.
